My career includes the provision of short term and open ended individual therapy for issues including anxiety, loneliness and family, work and relationship struggles. I have experience working in a variety of settings with a diverse range of people. I welcome anyone struggling with overwhelming feelings or difficult emotional situations who feels therapy might be helpful.

Our first consultation lasts 50 minutes. It’s a chance to share what’s troubling you and see if working together feels right. There’s no obligation to continue, and if therapy isn’t the best fit, I’ll suggest what might suit your needs better.

I provide the time and space to explore these, with the aim of helping you understand yourself more deeply and manage life differently.
