Psychotherapy in North London
I am an experienced psychodynamic psychotherapist offering a safe and non-judgemental place to talk and explore your thoughts and feelings.
My practice in based in two locations. One in a comfortable room 5 minutes walk from Angel tube station and the other in a quiet setting close to Kentish Town tube station.
I trained at the leading UK institution WPF Therapy and am a registered member of the FPC (The Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling) and BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I abide by the professional code of ethics set out by these bodies. I work full time in private practice as well as continuing my association with WPF.
I have experience working long and short term in a variety of settings and with a wide range of people with diverse problems including anxiety, depression, repeating patterns of behaviour, eating disorders, addictions, relationship problems and bereavement. I welcome anyone struggling with overwhelming feelings or difficult emotional situations who feels that therapy might be helpful.
Talking to a trained and experienced therapist can help you gain a more reflective and objective perspective on your life, and a better capacity to relate to yourself and others.
